2. Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at belivara@gmail.com.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 5-12 working days. PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Due to high workload at the postal provider, delays may occur. We kindly ask for your understanding as this is beyond our control.

If delivery delays occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: belivara@gmail.com.

Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply, as you, the customer, are the private importer of the product you order.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and incorrect prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you receive a product you have ordered.

5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at belivara@gmail.com. Your notification must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.

For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product's original value if the product has been used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed (plomberats) for health or hygiene reasons and

where the seal (plombering) has been broken by you.

Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products, which have been specifically tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service beginning without the right of withdrawal.

Goods that can rapidly deteriorate, such as foodstuffs.

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to make a complaint:

Any errors or defects should always be reported to belivara@gmail.com, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or withheld delivery from a supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being out of stock. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products' exact appearance, as there may be some color differences depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
